Prepare for your best track season yet. This structured sprint training program helps athletes ages 13–18 build explosive speed, power, and performance through expert coaching, video feedback, and consistent strength and conditioning.
🏋️♂️ What Athletes Get

Training Schedule:

4 sessions/week (Mon–Thurs) from August to October

5 sessions/week (Mon–Fri) from November to January

Session Duration: 2 hours per session

Time Trials & Meets: Optional participation (athletes cover entrance fees)

Support: Sprint mechanics, strength training, and video feedback

📝 Athlete Requirements

Completed waiver form (provided during registration)

Responsible for transportation to:

Daily training sessions (Chuze Fitness and local track and park locations)

Meets or time trials that the athlete chooses to enter

📍 Training Locations
-
Gym sessions are held at Chuze Fitness in Citrus Heights.
- Outdoor training sessions for hill work or similar will be held at local parks.

On-track sessions will be held at American River College or alternate local track facilities as needed.

The training calendar will include the training location. Notice will be sent out in advance as much as possible in case a location is changed due to inclement weather or similar.
