Prepare for your best track season yet. This structured sprint training program helps athletes ages 13–18 build explosive speed, power, and performance through expert coaching, video feedback, and consistent strength and conditioning.
🏋️♂️ What Athletes Get

Training Schedule:

4 sessions/week (Mon–Thurs) from July to October

5 sessions/week (Mon–Fri) from November to January

Session Duration: 3 hours per session

Time Trials & Meets: Optional participation (optional for athletes; meet fees covered by Limitless)

📝 Athlete Requirements

📍 Training Locations

Gym location: Planet Fitness Roseville, 1159 Roseville Square, Suite 100, Roseville
- Outdoor training sessions for hill work or similar will be held at local parks.

On-track sessions will be held at American River College or alternate local track facilities as needed.
